1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

• Not use the app for any unlawful or abusive purposes

• Respect the community and reporting guidelines

3. Subscription and Payments

Paid features are available via monthly subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. All billing is handled by the respective platforms.

No refunds are managed by us directly — please contact the app store you purchased through for refund requests.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@lunapmddcompanion.com

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Crescent and Co Ventures Pty Ltd and may not be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
